Sheila Noonan Gorham, the daughter of a professional Irish musician, was raised with a deep appreciation for music and an innate understanding of the very special ability of music to teach, to foster connection, to infuse interactions with joy and to foster a sense of community for young and old alike. Her musical career includes touring with national and international tours with “A Musical Taste of Ireland” and she performs locally with her Americana folk group, Greetings From Anywhere. She has used music as a central part of a daily curriculum during her 20+ years as an elementary and preschool teacher and now, freshly retired, she continues her musical journey with Pollywogs Music!

Sheila is a certified Music Together Teacher and has also taught with the Music For Aardvarks program. She created the Pollywogs program to share her love of music within the Rivertowns and to assist in building a community that is welcoming, nurturing and fun for little folks and their caregivers.
